Jun 16, 2012 Not sure what Steam Play is, but yes, Mac users and PC users can play together if the game is available for both Mac and PC and is playable online. I use a Mac and friend I normally play with uses a pc. Steam multiplayer works pretty well. You have to go to your steam friend list, right-click and select join game. Sometimes you have to do the 'join game' thing more than once because the first time it just launches Terraria without joining.
